The Rome Community Theater board is responsible for the overall running, policy-making, and long-term planning for the organization.

Board meetings are currently held every third Tuesday of the month.

Board meetings are open to paid members of Rome Community Theater.

If you become a member of Rome Community Theater ($10/year), you can vote for board members. You can also volunteer to participate in various committees (such as nominating and playreading, for choosing upcoming season shows).

Board elections are held at the annual membership meeting in May. Board officers are elected to one year terms; trustees to 3.
